Terrible service

I bought a second hand car from Kai Hatfield End of November 2013.
This car was a trade in on my Chevy.
I then started picking up terrible service from Kia Hatfield -

Firstly when I traded in my car i requested that my new tyres put onto the car I purchased from them - to which was eventually done.

I had to call & speak to Senior managers to enquire about my Service books & the spare key as this was not given to me on delivery of the car.
This I eventurally received 2 weeks later.

The sales person has left the branch, so i then spoke to his manger, to then have the Senior Manger of the branch assist.

When my car was colelcted to sort out the tyre the petrol was to be refunded, this was not done.
On Monday I filled up my car for R400.00 as the branch manger instructed & sent through the receipts for this to be refuned into my account.
To date this still hasnt been done & I am REALLY getting off on how terrible the customer service has been.

Quiet honestly Kai can collect there car & bring me back my car I traded in!!!

I really hate to know how people who buy brand new cars have been treated!!!
