Bad Service Before I Had Even Joined

I inquired and purchased two Telkom Mobile sim cards from your Hatfield branch with the intention of porting to the network once my current data had expired, and was told that I could port at a later date. When this date arrived, I went to my closest branch (Silverton) to complete the porting process - system offline! I then went back to the Hatfield branch, but the assistant said that it would be impossible to assist me as it was a Saturday. I returned home only to find that your website states that you do port on Saturday's. Another consultant then referred me to the other, larger branch in Hatfield, where I was assisted - however the transaction could not be completed as they were about to close and the confirmation SMS (PIN) had not yet come through. The next Monday (Wonderpark) I was not greeted upon arrival - system offline again! I was eventually helped, albeit with a sales person making private phone calls. It was agreed that the tariff had been set to SIM SONKE, however after recharging I realised it was not the case. I would like to be refunded for the benefits one would have received for the recharge, had I been on the tariff agreed upon, for both SIM cards.
