Bad Service/Poor Communication

Took my car for a service on the 14th October 2013, was promised that I will get an invoice after 2 days because of the system change and it took more than 10 calls and 6 weeks to get an invoice. My Aux input is faulty and i was promised that the new part will be ordered on my behalf under warranty, I have been calling every second day and still nothing. They always promise to get back to and they never do, I have even called the service manager (Hendrick Van der Merwe) and even today no response.
