I hired a car from Cape Town to George (1 day hire) and on the booking it clearly stated that the price included the one way fee which was confirmed to me by the lady who gave us the car in Cape Town and the lady that received the car in George the next morning. Despite this, Europcar added an extra R795 to the cost which they have already deducted off our credit card. When we got home, I saw the e-mail with the invoice stating what they have charged us and immediately e-mailed them [Email Removed] tell them of their mistake and included all the documentation so that they could clearly see their error. I received an e-mail saying that they will have to investigate but somebody will get back to me between 2-5 working days. That was on the 29th December. I mailed them again, again attaching all the proof that we've been overcharged but have heard absolutely NOTHING from them, not even an e-mail to say that somebody will get back to me. I want my R795 back that they have from me ASAP and am very unhappy that nobody has bothered to sort this obvious mistake out!!!
