TOI&MOI aka A car salvage firm (silverton)

I bought Renault Scenic window regulators after having been assured that they are the same as Renault Megane regulators, but even if they weren't I'd be able to exchange/ refund them... They turned out not to be the same, and having called the (extremely rude men) about 4 p/day, getting the run-around, I still have no refund or exchange, just a heavy dose of bad attitude. These men start out by being very helpful, then turn on you like the snakes they are... I was patronised, told to hurry up (they are very busy you see..), and then screamed at when I got insistent... Living near their Moi&Toi shop, I stopped every day to enquiry about what was going on... I eventually got the adds of their 'salvage yard' close to Nelmapius (corner Pretoria & Dellwood/ Bronkhorstspruit road), and went to have a look... It looked to my like they strip new cars (...?) --- very suspicious!!
