Last week friday 06.12.2013 I bought myself a BMW 320I after the Maureen sales lady said to me she could offer me a better deal. She said the car has - 3000 kms so I decided to leave the car that I was buying from Zeda car for R279k because the one that I was offered had low mileage. But only to find myself in the biggest night-mare ever, I though buying first BMW would be an exciting experience. Only after signing the contract at the bank and when I took a delivery of the car, the night-mare begun, the car had about -35000 kms. Through excitement i took the car. Since Monday I contacted the dealer ship to indicate my dissatisfaction of the whole deal. Only to find the dealer principal Ruan who promised to call be back on 2 occasion but never did. I have to call them all the time. He does not have the decency to apologies and come to the common understanding. Because the sales exec has and mis-lead me in buying the car.
Now when I want to cancel the deal I need to pay 10% and the transaction has not even finished 7 day. I wonder how many customer had receive a poor service at this dealer ship. I regret buying BMW.After this experience I will never buy BMW again.
