Missled by sales personell

Bought a secondhand car from the dealer's sales manager. When i needed back up service, i was informed that the deal was not theirs but another secondhand dealer's car. Never at any time during the transaction was i informed that the car did not belong to them. I felt completely misled. The Dealer Principal also then threatened me with legal action if i implied them with the transaction. This matter was also reported to Toyota 's head office in SA.
