This was te last time buying a car from you

I still don't have my spare keys after 3 months. If I call the sales person he does not even answer my calls and he does not even come back to me. After buying cars from this dealer for ten years I will never do so ever again
I still need to reg my car in the northern cape and they will refund me on the cost but they don't even take my calls so how will I ever get refunded. This is the service you get when buying a car of 520 000 so how will they treat customers below this purchase price? Poor service like this is bad news.
