Dropped my vehicle in for a service at Honda Midrand 12/12/2013 at 07h15. Requested to be dropped off and collected. Was dropped off in Sandton at my work at 08h45. Had confirmation at 15h20 that driver will collect me at my office in Sandton at 16h00. Called Honda Midrand at 16h30 and was advised that the drivers had miscommunicated between them and have forget to fetch me. At 17h00 no sight of the driver. Anticipate collection at 17h30 and fetching my vehicle at 18h30. A total inconvenience to me as I had planned to collect my vehicle at 17h00 latest and proceed onto other pre arranged plans. I will revert to social media as well to communicate this poor service. I will also communicate within my organisation to not support or purchase any Honda products. To think I was prepared to replace my CRV for a newer model. Honda can think again. Will support another brand! Seems my R400k investment will be valued elsewhere!
