Overcharged

I would like to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the cost of my most recent service for my vehicle at Honda Sandton. After having spoken to an employee at Honda Rivonia I feel I have been overcharged for my service particularly for Labour.

When speaking to Honda Sandton about the matter they referred to the fact that because of the area that they are in they charge more for labour as property costs are more expensive. I feel this is a matter that should be expressed to your customers as I live in the west rand and work in sandton. If I had known this I would have taken my car to Honda West rand. Further to that without being too sarcastic, Pick n pay do not charge me more money for the food I purchase from them due to the fact that their rent is higher so I don't understand how you can do the same thing.
As I said previously I spoke to someone that said a service done to my car as was, should only have cost up to R2000.00 odd...
