Listed on ITC and amount was paid off

I had an acident on teh 23rd of October 2012 with the Rental car days before returning it, the person who was responsible for me having an accident took guilt and we net together to Avis for the Excess amount to be oaid to them. after i had innitially called my insurance Santam, Avus said tehy will tow the car themselves, on the aggreement the was no caharge for the towing amount or excess oney for petrol as i was using my credit card. amount of R3000 and so was paid to them aside toteh amount taken of my credit card, there after i received an invoice on the 14th dec 2012 from Agnes Warneke that i was owing R648, 97. we had a miss understanding and promiaed that she will come back to me as the R648 was including R500 for petrol. I told her the amount was debited from my credit card and she said she will investigate, 3 months went and i started getting cals from Credit works that they handed me to them and I had to pay Avis, not to put my name in the mud I spoke to the guy who was responsible and he paid the amount direct to Avis and not Credit works on the 10 April 2013 in his name. I send the proof to Agnes Warneke in July and Aug, after that I never heard anything from Avis or c
