I called a week ago making an appointment for my car to be serviced, I asked the lady (candice) if my father can drop my car and I will transfer the money and send a proof of pay. She informed me that it will be fine. Today my car goes in for the service, I called to ask for the qoute did the transfer I was not told that this might be a problem in the future by linda the service consultant. I sent the proof of payment as well. I was later called by linda, she asked if they can replace my bulbs and I informed her that nothing should be added on to the service. Still nothing about the transfer being a problem. My father then went to pick up the car and they refused to give it to them. I gave her a call and she then informed me that the money had not reflected yet and they do not accept proof of payment. This was the first mention of this. I asked why I was originally explained that it will be fine and no one had answers even the manager ilse. Ilse then advised that linda will have to wait for me to drive from work in order to pay in person but then she dropped the call in my ear when I called back she left the office. She also added additional things without my permission.
