Extremely bad service

My car was booked for 60 000 km service. I received a call that car was ready for collection, when I arrived there it was not ready. I had to wait 1 hour for the car. The Fuel lever was not fixed, the car was not cleaned properly, they had stuff my Bluetooth up. Had to go back the next day to fix. The customer service staff was rude and kept on making excuses. I am still waiting for them to fix the fuel lever. In my opinion this branch needs to be shut down as some of the staff are totally incompetent. This is the third time that I have received bad service from this branch and in future will not be using them again.
