On 2013-01-03 I booked my Chevrolet Aveo in at the N1 City Branch for an replacement of the ABS Wheel Sensor. When my vehicle was booked in I was assisted by Gerrit and when my vehicle was collected I was assisted by Natalie. Upon collection I queried if my vehicle had been cleaned. Natalie confirmed that it had been done. I paid an amount of R819-02. TO MY SURPRISE my vehicle had not been cleaned. Not even the windows were given a wash. I was really shocked as this had been an issue for me in the past and I was assured by the N1 City Staff that this would not happen again. I also received an apology from the N1 City Staff for the inconvenience caused last year October. I have yet again used the services of the N1 City Branch and yet again I have been disappointed. So I went back inside the Branch and waited in line for assistance from Natalie. As I had another appointment I could not wait longer than 15 minutes and I asked Ashley (reception) if Natalie or a Manager could get back to me. I am still waiting for the phone call. I am totally SHOCKED by the LACK of Customer Service especially as this had been an issue in the past.
