Poor workmanship and bad business practice

I took my Jeep in for a engine overhaul to Ew motor paid in full and it was returned to me. From the start it used oil. I was told that it would stop once it was run in but it just got worse I told Wayne this every time I called him and believe me there were many. When I was putting in 2 pints of oil with every tank of fuel he eventually said I must bring it in. I then paid more money for a service which was recommended by him to stop the oil leak. Then it was worse again. I was fed up and took it back for the second recondition of the engine. He has had the car for 3 months now. It was given back to me with no oil in the power steering and oil leeks and not wanting to start. the gear lever has seased from being exposed to rain water. He has also tried to charge me for the gear lever and many more. Wrong battery in and oil stains on the back floor from them putting the engine in the back. The still does not want to start and they cannot find the fault and have tried to say I should take it like it is. They dont even have a car lift. They also have old pistons and part hanging in there workshop ready to be used on other customers cars. I have now taken the matter to the SA consume
