We have been promised that we would receive a part to fix our Mini in 20 working days from payment. Its has now been 40 days and still no part, BMW keeps on moving the goal posts and I am fed up with the empty promises. Why ask a customer to pay and give an ETA that is dramatically incorrect not to mention the lack in communication! We have paid up front for our parts and hopefully with a little service from BMW too but this is clearly not the case. We have been loyal customers of BWM for many years and we just feel that they are passing the buck. Now we have been told that we need to make a complaint to the BMW customer service line, really!!! I must now take my time and money and contact them about their problem.

BMW, you are losing me as I customer very fast as I am sick of this matter.

Please can someone assist ASAP and take some responsibility for your Poor service!!
