I purchased a Volvo S60 T6 from Volvo Bryanston after sending the car backwards and forwards due to several issues, I opted to cancel the deal due to poor service from the dealer after escalating to the dealer Principle Ockie Fourie who has never bothered to contact me, I escalated to Volvo SA who suggested I take the matter up with CMH group who I lodged a complaint with, further to this I pulled my Netstar report and discovered when they had my car they drove it on the N1 at 178km when I questioned the used car manager Henry Leppan how they can do this when this car is still in my name I got the below response.

In this day and age how do you speak to your customers like this further to this my company has nothing to do with me purchasing a car and receiving bad service I will see to it that I make CMH Bryanston Volvo known for shocking service.
