After getting no response from VOLVO SA, As i write this email i am totally disgusted at Volvo's treatment of customers. We are a seconhand car dealer in Port Elizabeth and sent a car we sold to Limpopo to the Volvo dealership in Boksburg as it started jerking and intermittently cut out. After several phone calls speaking to Johan van Dyk the service manager (he does not have a clue what the word service means) Amanda Louw same result and eventually got hold of the DP Johan Coetzee's PA only to find the reason why service does not exist at VOLVO was because the leadership role modelled a don't care attitude.

After explaining that the customer drove in from Limpopo to collect the car and WE DO NOT MIND PAYING OVERTIME. We were told to come back on Monday and they will see.

Based on this I would never re-sell a Volvo again. If i do not hear from you, i will post this on Hellopeter as well as facebook and inform the world.
