Disgusting treatment of a long time custome

I am appalled at the way I, a customer of 7 years at this particular branch was treated last week. I tried to buy a 2lt Coke and a 500ml Grenadine Twist. Seeing as I just filled up with petrol, I did not have enough cash to complete the transaction so I tried to use my Debit Card. I was told by the cashier, quite rudely in front of a store full of people, that I do not qualify to pay with my card (a normal Standard Bank Debit Card) When asked to speak to the manager, I heard him clearly say from his office to "Tell him I am busy"
I was embarrassed and degraded by your employees. After 7 years of faithfulness to you, Engen will NEVER see me or my money again
