Engen Petervale illegally keeps old higher price

I filled up at Engen Petervale at 14h22 today, 5 June 2013, and was ILLEGALLY charged R12.47 instead of R12.39 per litre of 95 unleaded petrol!
What does Engen intend to do about compensating all of their customers ripped off by this service station today?
I previously stopped going to this service station because, despite their reassurances that it was working, my debit card transaction did not go through and I was then forced to draw cash at the ATM inside the shop - nicely netting the owner a bit of extra income.
The above point makes me suspicious of the owner/operator's ethics and I have serious doubts that this was an honest mistake.
I would rather drive 1km to Caltex or BP than ever go back. Engen have lost a customer from a service station RIGHT NEXT TO WHERE I LIVE - how many others customers has this seemingly shady operator lost Engen?
