Very bad service! and more!!!

I had a parcel arrive on the 9th Jan 2013 and dhl express were suppose to deliver on the 10th Jan 2013. No-one arrived and when i called they said they tried but no-one was home. i waited all day for my parcel so i was surprised to hear that.
They then said they would deliver between 8 - 12am the following morning (the 11th Jan 2013) Once again my parcel has NOT been delivered and I have personally called them 4 times today to find out when they will be delivering. It has moved from the morning, to the afternoon and now I am told it will only be here Monday the 14th Jan!

Now I have to rearrange my Monday meetings to sit at home again for my parcel - and just hold thumbs I will receive it!

Not a courier company i will be using again or talking highly of!
