Poor service delivery

Electronics and household app.

I ordered goods one week ago. Paid for it on Monday, goods were acquired on Tuesday and goods got shipped on Wednesday. I selected the SPEED shipping option.

Friday at 14:00 I decided to phone WebAntics to enquire about my order. I can't exactly remember who answered the phone, but I was put on hold for about 5 times after which I heard that my order was shipped "yesterday" (which meant Thursday) which was NOT the case. Then I got put through to Leonard who promised me that he'll phone the courier company and get a courier to deliver my goods straight away.

Leonard promised to email me with an update, which he never did. On top of that, I sent an email on Thursday evening to [Email Removed] addressed it to Greig to ask about my order, but it appeared that Greig wasn't in on Friday and nobody else had the decency to even reply to my email which was really pathetic.

Can I suggest that you guys provide a courier tracking number along with the shipment confirmation email? That way, your customers can track their own parcels! I hope I'll have my goods on Monday, because after this whole ordeal, I'm not reluctant to place any orders again unless you sort out this mess quickly!
