OVER A MONTH TO PAY ME OUT!!!

I traded my car in on a new car from Renault Foutains on 2 November. They were supposed to pay me the difference between my trade in value and deposit on my new car. I was told that this would take up to 2 weeks.
I was then told that i would be given a cheque... which obviously take 7 working days to clear!
eventually after a month, i finally got a cheque paid into my account (yip... i paid bank changes on it), but it wasnt the full amount! i am now STILL waiting for the balance which will once again be a cheque .. so another 7 days to wait AND more bank charges that I have to pay!!!
Seriously?!?!? Cant they just to an EFT?
You are making your sales people look bad and is not their fault!!!
Come on Renault... time to move out of the stoneage!!!
I WANT THE BALANCE THAT IS DUE TO ME!!!
