I had my vehicle sent to Barons N1 City as it had clutch problems and I needed a quote to replace keys and the doorlocks as I was robbed of the original key, and needed the key to be decoded and locks changed for extra security. That was on the 24th June when I sent it there, I have had problems with the branch since then regarding communication (feedback on progress wrt repairs and the keys' replacement). They never seem to care one bit about the fact that I heavily rely on that vehicle to go to gym, work, do shopping etc. All they keep saying, when I call (and the call is eventually enswered), is: "we do apologise for the inconvenience"..."we understand what you are going through"..and all the famous/infamous lines we've all heard before. The service there, Barons N1 City, is extremely pathetic... beyond what I've imagined. Even as I write this, I still don't have my car..18 days (excluding weekends) and 24 days (weekends) after I left the vehicle in their shop. Something really has to be done here!!! These guys need to go for Customer Service course 101 and be taught 'How To' take care of their customers. They are the ones that, after all, pay their salary!!!
