Damage to differential due to workmanship

Hello, work done on my vehicles differential (Mercury Capri) caused complete failure of the differential due to retainer pins not being fastened properly by the Craighall workshop.

Complete replacement with a different service provider cost me R11 000. No feedback from management as yet, I submitted the invoices to their workshop with the detail of the reason for the failure.
