SASOL promises but do nothing about complaints

Utterly disgustes STILL - just to show to what level of customer service SASOL has sunk they keep posting these lovely messages that they will investigate and come back - One month later and they have not bothered to call or investigate!!! WELL DONE SASOL - will rather use BP in future as their food is at least edible
