VW never again-very un satisfied custome

I have VW Polo 1.4thats about 2 years old during the first year we broke down due to the car over heating, this was sorted however the horror has once again popped up! The car has overheated 4 times in the last 3 weeks. I have to hope and pray everyday i drive the car that i get to work without breaking down. The inconvience of sitting on the side of the road for over 2 hours at a time waiting for VW on call to assist, to get to the dealership to find out they themselves dnt no what they doing, The cylinder head, the themastat and what ever else that was apparently fixed NEVER was apparently with this make. The vechile is now over the last 2 months being going back and forth to the dealership everytime i break down. We are paying for a car that is sitting at VW with nobody knowing how to fix the car. I have logged a formal complaint with VW SA on the 21 november 2013 and to date i have no recived ANY feedback, i spoke to a lady named Joanne at vw SA useless service, i had to call now to follow up and conveintly she was on a call. I have not once got a call from the service manager nor has he ever come to me and provided any feedback his name Andre. This has to be the most pathethic service eve
