I logged 2 complaints about EuropCar one on the 30th October (complaint about money being taken from our credit card) and second on the 21st November (complaint about still waiting for feedback). I get a phone call from Penny in Jozi, who apologizes profusely and assures me the matter will be handed over to Head Office in France; which made me think there was still hope. Yesterday the 28 November I get an email from Craig Van Niekerk saying: "FYI; Yours Personally; Craig Van Niekerk". Now I will say I appreciated the quicker response and information, except that all the info about the car that was hired was for another complaint logged... Now I have had enough of this nonsense, if I don't get the CORRECT information by Monday morning I WILL be looking toward taking matters further... TOTALLY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE.
