IF YOU WANT SERVICE STAY AWAY FROM SPEEDSERVICES

I have a company where I have to send several packages of documents overnight every week. For the last 2 years I have been using Speedservices. Every week a few of my parcels do not get delivered on time. I send the packages counter to door, overnight, but they just do not deliver the packages on time.

When you complain about it, they tell you at the branch you must sort it out with the call centre. And has these lot have attitude problems!!! They just tell you sorry we had a problem. Now these packages to send counter to door overnight is expensive and they dont bother to help you.

Every package that is delivered late is a financial loss to me, and they dont care!!!

My latest parcel was send yesterday and had to be delivered this morning at a lawfirm in Pretoria. Well my parcel is still in Cape Town. Tracking number TC196290485ZA.

I am soooo fedup with this service I will never in my life make use of them anymore and I want to advice the entire country STAY AWAY FROM SPEEDSERVICES!!!
