I have a renault sandero 2010 model. The barrel from the ignition needs to be replaced. The vehicle was towed to the dealership on 02/12/13. When I called at 12:30pm they advised me the car has not yet been looked at will only be looked at once all the other cars that were booked for a service on this day was completed. I then got a call from Charmaine explaining what was wrong and they will need to order the part. 3rd day has gone and they call me today to say they awaiting for the part which will take 16 working days. When i requested a courtesy car they said to me they will need to send all the info to head office to get approval for the courtesy car. DO THEY EXPECT ME TO BE WITHOUT A CAR FOR 16 DAYS. WHEN I PURCHASED THIS CAR THE SALES MAN TOLD ME THAT THE SANDEROS WERE MANUFACTURES IN SA. IF THIS IS TRUE WHY ARE WE AWAITNG FOR SPARES FROM FRANCE.THIS MAKES NO SENSE TO ME. EVERYTIME I GET A CALL FROM RENAULT ALL I AM TOLD THAT ITS GOING TO TAKER LONGER THEY TRYING TO GET THE PART. I AM TIRED OF LISTENING TO THIS. DO YOU'LL NO THE MEANING OF GOING THER EXTRA MILE FOR CUSTOMERS. I EXPECT FEEDBACK ON THIS EMAIL URGENTLY. I AM TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH THIS SERVICE I AM RECEIVING
