Document needed to register vehicle

Phoned Toyota sa to get certificate for vehicle coming back into sa. told to send copies..waited.. phoned no return for 2 weeks .finally got through I was told never received docs .my son delivered them personally
faxed new papers waited again. then I was told to take a picture of chassis plate which I done..
waited. mrs Swartz called said they cant see no properly. sent another copy said they cant see. got dealer in Pretoria to send another.finally got email with certificate to fill in and fax back. I sent it back and was told I had to pay R139 .they would send invoice from Durban .this has gone on for three months.i am 71 and make a small living doing papers for people.the book value of the vehicle is dropping and the dealer is going crazy what can I do
