Hired a vehicle with Avis (August)... Checks were done on the (exterior) on collection of the vehicle, none made on the inside. Made payment to Avis via Credit card on return of the vehicle, dropped it off as per agreement at Parkstation. 1. Agents called me claiming i had never brought back the vehicle (However when i called the vehicle they confirmed they have received the vehicle), 2. They claiming there damages & when i ask which damages no one seems to be interested to response, 3. When i request the copy of the Report of inspection im advised it cant be made available, 4.I visited the Park Station office to get to the bottom of the issue & they say i must call the call centre as they are busy, 4. When i call the Customer Service line 011 923 3617 Marcia reffered me to Solly who reffered me to Accounts where i left a voice message for Puleng who has not come back to me regarding the query, 5. They then tried to debit my Credit card for the amount of the alleged damages without not even a single person contacting me, 6. Im now been contacted by A collections Company threatening that i pay or they will blacklist me however no one at Avis has ever bothered to contact me. IRRITATED!
