Dud vehicle

8 months ago I had the misfortune of purchasing a vehicle at Kia Motors Table View. the salesman pulled the wool over our eyes and did not disclose the fact that the vehicle was a dud. when we took delivery we had to wait 2 hours as there were still pre delivery issues that were not sorted. my husband went back time and again. Then it was difficult to start the vehicle in the morning. Still under warranty they discovered they had to replace an engine. the vehicle was kept for a month. a week after taking delivery my husband heard a bang and the vehicle stalled again - this time they did not connect the fan. I phoned the dealer principal who was very eager to do another deal, saying we needed to pay in R20 000 as they would not settle the vehicle (even though it is their fault). the vehicle in question is still not fixed. the revs are high and the when idling there is a miss. I would never recommend Kia Table View to anyone. the service has been a disgrace, when calling for the service department no calls were returned. reception was a disaster, the service department was a disaster, the dealer principal is a disaster and our overall exp of purchasing a vehicle has been a disaster.
