Very bad after sale service

More than a month ago I purchased a brand new VW Jetta from McCarthy Volkswagen Wonderboom. The transaction was completed within 2 days and the vehicle delivered within the same period. The vehicle however had a fault on it which after this period, has still not been fixed and worse, other faults were created while my vehicle was in their workshop and those have also still not been rectified. Neither the Workshop Manager or Principal Dealer seem willing to sort out the problems, which is a big disappointment for service delivery to customers. They do not give you feedback on your correspondence and up do date my dealings with VW are nothing but a disaster. I will not recommend them to anyone I know.
