Vehicle traded not Settled after 3 months

I bought a new Renault Koleos from Renaukt centurion and trade in my old vehicle a Hyundi Tucson 2.0CRDi on the new vehicle. I took delivery of the new vehicle around 20 November 2013. To date the vehicle that i traded in is not settled.
Wesbank phoned me last week to collect outstanding fees and has charged me with Collection fees and Outstanding interest fees. App on this i contacted the Dealer Principal James Aldhouse and he said he will resolve the issue.
The salesman Rudi phoned me and everything is now sorted out. Today Wesbank phoned me again and said they will phone me later during the day to make arrangements to collect the old vehicle. I have also been told that my ICT record has been affected and that i am responsible to settle the vehicle before the end of the day.
