This is part of my last complained logged about FNB . These people are just wiping their backsides of me.
After posting my complaint, they send me a mail asking me to resend the documents I already gave in twice. I phoned Benny at Benoni branch asking for an explanation and he said he send the documents that I already send in twice on Friday. I gave those documents in already 3 months back... Please do something about your incompetent staff, Benny at Benoni branch, Nomahlubi Polwana and Nancy at your personal loan department. These people are just wiping their back side off me like my issues do not mean anything to them. I was about to switch my account to FNB, but will definitely not be doing that or will advised any person of what I went through and also not to have anything to do with FNB. I am now going to everything in my power to finish off my loans and thereafter have nothing to do with FNB
