The service this company has given me has been absolutely atrocious! I would never recommend them nor ever make use of their services again.
Firstly, since my payment went through, all emails I sent thereafter were completely ignored.
The movers only arrived at 18:30 instead of 11:00AM - this is unheard of and truly ridiculous!
Movers did not have bubble wrap or any plastic tubes or any blankets to protect my furniture and other items as it was stated on the quote.
My washing machine was damaged and is no longer usable, due to the move being done in the dark, 2 of the wheels of the washing machine were lost and the machine can no longer balance.
I would like to claim the cost of the washing machine from the insurance, as the company stated I am insured for up to R150 000 but again I am getting no replies to my emails.
Due to the delay in time, 31 items from the inventory list were moved by myself, and NOT by the movers, and I expect a refund for these items; however, yet again I am getting to replies to my emails.
I am a believer in BEE companies, and would like to support them, however, this experience has proven that using a BEE company is a risk and a source of much unrest.
