On the 3rd of December I received some appalling service from an Avis branch manager in Rosebank by the name of Gina.

I had arranged with Lebo to book in my vehicle for a service. Upon arrival to drop off the vehicle, I walked into the branch & did not receive a single greeting from Gina who was scrounging around her desk looking busy. There was no acknowledgment of the customer standing in front of her.

I was then fobbed off to a junior employee. My concern about the vehicle being returned to me as there is a petrol card linked to the vehicle was not responded to & instead blatantly ignored, together with when I asked when the vehicle would return.

I then requested that my replacement vehicle be a Polo comforting similar to that which I was driving, once again Gina displayed a lack of etiquette & decorum, pulling her face & rolling her eyes before stating that she could not do this as vehicles were booked out, but in the parking lot were parked three vehicles of the similar nature. This response also had no eye contact & any attempt to resolve the client concerns. Which was afaik urge on Guna's part to live the brand ethos of "we try harder".
