Do not do their work

Just after the membership was activated we emailed for it to be cancelled. The person confirmed in the email it will be cancelled but still for 3months the premium is been deducted. It do not help to call the call centre because it just ring. Now I want to know what if something happen on the road will you get the call centre??? It is really bad!
