Pathetic A2B Furniture removals fail to delive

A2B was contracted to do our domestic furniture removals on Sunday 1st december between 7 and 8 am. On the 30 November we were informed by A2B Removals that they had problems with their truck and would have to change the time to between 12 and 1 pm on the Sunday.
The time eventually came and went. Numerous phone calls to Elias went unanswered, and when he did eventually answer he said the driver was on his way and that he had just spoken to him. This was at 12.45pm. He stated that the driver would be with us in 45 minutes. Well this time also came and went. Eventually we called the driver who said he was still busy in Orange Grove and was not on his way. From 2.30 pm until 3pm we tried again to get hold of Elias with no luck. We are still trying to get them to come and move the furniture. Frikkin useless and they should not be in business let alone self employed. I sincerely hope no-one else uses this useless company and that they go out of business. They have caused untold headaches and problems, we are supposed to be out of the rented property and now have to get someone else to move us. Extra costs and frustrations. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
