Faults on car for my account after i bought cash

I bought 2005 Nissan Ex-trai cash for R95000 on 8 November with C.O.R. And a service before collection..Driving it at home (Empangeni) with in the fist 1000km I discoverd some problems I phoned the saleman and he reqeusted me to get a quate to have car fixed. The vehicle was taken to the agents (Imperial nissan) and it was found that both lower controle arm, front enjine mounting had a play, vee belt was worn, one silencer box need to be replaced. The total cost for these repair came to? R12000.Feedback received from the salesman David Rossouw is that the owner said he gave R5000 discount and is not prepare to spend any money fixing my vehicle
