Nissan bad service/np200 not cost effective Bakkie

Cars & Transport

Bought Nissan np200 brand new from Nissan in polokwane. Car is at 75000km's and the drive belt broke down! I was quoted R11800.00 (labour of 6000). I queried that according to the car manual the belt is to be replaced at 90000 Km's and that they should fix in warranty! I lost my service book! And yes I skipped 1 service! I agreed to pay eventually and asked them to start fixing the car. They told me to pay 4500 for them to start fixing, i paid the money 10 days back. No feed back from Nissan until I called an I was told there is no parts! Seevice at this Nissan really stinks and the incompetence is huge! I'm really a disappointed Nissan (with Renault parts) owner! This small Bakkie is not cost effective at all! The fixing price is just ridiculous and service really needs to be covered from the basics!!! Bad stuff
