After 6 months I am still waiting for my spare key

After purchasing a vechile from Steyns Auto via Thabo Losaba, I was informed that the brand new car does not have a spare key and that they will courrier me the key as soon as they have one. ^ months later and I still haven't heard a word from Thabo or Steyns Auto.
