No repair on my car 10 days later, NO communicatio

My BMW X5 has been sitting @ SMG since last Monday, not a thing being done to it - minor repairs just a back bumper. But since I don't have a towbar key they could not get the bumper off. After I had follow up 5 days later, the manager assured me my car would be ready by Wednesday the 27th Nov as they would get a locksmith out... As of today not a single call, email or sms has been sent to me to inform me that my car has still NOT been touched. The dealer has just offered me a courtesy car since I have battled without a car for the last 10 days - but is that enough?!! With all my contact details how could they not keep me informed? Apparently I'm the first client EVER to not have a towbar key for my car... but even with modern technology they can't get it off! Extermely disappointed by an SMG dealer!
