Wonderful Service From Auto & General (Rakeeba)

A lady drove into the back of my car while I was in traffic at a red robot. She hit me with such force that my sunglasses flew from my face and ended up in the footwell of my car. It is my opinion that she did not brake at all. Her bumper was stuck on my towbar, and her car was undrivable, it had to be towed in. My car was still drivable with damage only to the towbar, rear bumper and tailgate door.
I contacted my insurance and spoke to Rakeeba Abrahams, who was very helpful right from the start. I However, wanted to try to get the lady's insurance (Indwe) to fix my car. They were not helpful at all. I requested that genuine BMW parts are used on my car as it is still on motorplan. They refused, and also refused to give me a hired car while my car is in for repairs as well as paying for access if any was due.
I phoned Rakeeba back. She processed my claim immediately and it was approved for repairs the same day - to be done by a BMW approved repair shop.
I received wonderful service from Auto & General. Rakeeba is a star, and really a wonderful asset to her company. As I was not the guilty party in this accident, I can only thank A & G, and Rakeeba from my heart!
