No reply after request for information

My new Chevrolet was sourced from them. They also facilitated the installation of a factory approved towbar. Before ever using the towbar, a bolt on the towbar broke. I contacted them for the name of the supplier who fitted the towbar so that I can have it fixed. No reply from them.
