Complaint - Rude Cashier - Never ever seen this!!

Good Day! I went to BP in Klapmuts to put in some petrol.
An argument erupted between us because she handed my card over to another staff member without my consent and without explaining to me what she is doing.
A asked for my airtime and again an argument erupted upon which she told me that: I SHOULD NOT COME THERE WITH MY PROBLEMS!
My question to you is: WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU EMPLOY A PERSON THAT DOES NOT KNOW THE FIRST MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!??
WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF THIS IS THE WAY CLIENTS ARE BEING TREATED!!??
Rest Assured that I will never ever set foot in that garage again and will rather drive an extra 16-20 kilometres to fill up than ever using a BP again. We as clients pay your salaries!!!
Always remember that!
I will start a conversation about this and I WILL tell friends, family and colleagues about your bad service!
