Retaining of the Garage card

I went to buy petrol with a 5L container and while i was paying with my petrol card and garage owner confescated my card and said it (How can i still my own garage card as i was using it for 3 years)
Base on that an argument broke and the manage/own said i must take the petrol
Then on 06 may 2013 i recept a phone call from the police saying i have take petrol without paying
How can i take petrol without paying while the garage own took my petrol card

I will like to black list the TOTAL SA coz the server is so bad and will make sure that i will not (me, family, friends) will not user TOTAL @ all
