Ocean Basket
Bad Service, Bad attitude

My family and I went to Ocean Basket in Harbour Island Strand, what pathetic service we got. The Manger having an argument with a customer. Now I ask myself is this because of issues, as the person he help before that was white and got treated with respect. My husband and 4 year old daughter had witnessed this bad behaviour of the male manager.
However he has this argument infront of the customers. Which I felt was very unprofessional.
Also I would like the mention way he spoke to his staff (especially the lady at the sushi bar) pathetic. She is human and the restaurant was packed. What did he expect, hire more staff to assist, not just one person.
We waited long for our drinks to arrive. We probably waited for 20mins for our waitress to come and assist.
I can go on and on, but the main issue I have was the way the manager conducted his managerial skills infront of his customer.
I will NEVER put my foot in that restaurant again and I will make sure that non of my family and friends go there as well.
