Serviced vehicle on 25 Nov at Menlyn Hyundai. Instructions for the day; rotate tyres, check brakes, wiper blades and do wheel alignment. I was called twice during the day. 1. To inform me that the front windscreen had a chip, 10 cm above the wiper blade and is dangerous and need repair at a cost of R177.00, initially declining the repair as we were not aware of this "damage" but then decided to allow the work to continue. 2. I was informed that the maintenance plan do not cover wheel alignment but repairs to brakes. I declined the wheel alignment. The technician said he will check it proofed by the invoice. When collecting the vehicle after 17:00, I had to wait about 30 minutes. With my wife and kids waiting in the car, we did not waste time and immediately left with my wife driving the serviced car. Arriving home, she said the car is now pulling to the left badly. I inspected the wheels rotation, as I made marks on wheels to check up if dealer rotated the wheels in morning. I noticed scratches on the mag wheel that was not there in the morning. I could also find no repaired windscreen damage. Reported on 26 Nov, Management would investigate and still no communication.
